Guide for providing required information to us for processing your order.

How To Provide PSN Required Information (After-Order)

This guide is only if your platform is SONY and you provided PSN Login Information during the checkout.

Sign in to Account Management and select Security
Next to 2-step Verification Status, select Edit.
Select a verification method: Authenticator App or Text Message.
Enter your mobile number or scan the QR code with the authenticator app.
If the QR code fails, copy and paste the alphanumeric code on your app.
Enter the verification code you receive via SMS or app and select Activate.
Respond back to the CriminalModz email (Order Instructions – CriminalModz #) with at least 4 backup codes (text or picture).

How To Provide Microsoft Required Information (After-Order)

As long as all Microsoft verifications are disabled, no further action is required. If Microsoft 2FA is not disabled follow the following instructions:

Sign in to Microsoft/Xbox Account’s Advanced security options.
Under Additional security and Two-Step verification choose Turn off.
Follow the instructions shown on the screen.
Respond back to the CriminalModz email (Order Instructions – CriminalModz #) with confirmation that 2FA is disabled.

Additionally, make sure to remove any other verifications (Email code, text code, sign in notification)

How To Provide Steam Required Information (After-Order)

As long as the Steam guard is disabled, no further action is required. If Steam guard is not disabled follow the following instructions:

Click on your username in the top right corner of the Steam client and select Account Details.
Navigate to “Manage Steam Guard” in the Account Security section
Click on “Turn Steam Guard off”
Respond back to the CriminalModz email (Order Instructions – CriminalModz #) with confirmation that Steam Guard is disabled.

Additionally, make sure to remove any other verifications (Email code, text code, sign in notification)

Battlenet Required Information: None

If you have the game on Battlenet and provided battlenet information on the checkout then no additional information is needed. Just make sure that you provided the correct Battlenet Email & Password
